AB1076-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1076-AA1,1,2 21. Page 13, line 4: delete "(cm), (d) or (e)" and substitute "(cm), (d) or (e) or (f)".

AB1076-AA1,1,3 32. Page 13, line 7: delete " or (e)" and substitute ", (e) or (f)".

AB1076-AA1,1,4 43. Page 22, line 19: after that line insert:

AB1076-AA1,1,5 5" Section 58g. 254.92 (1) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1076-AA1,1,76 254.92 (1) (f) 1. No retailer may offer for sale cigarettes or tobacco products in
7a manner that results in their being directly accessible to the public.

AB1076-AA1,1,118 2. No retailer or retailer's employe or agent may sell, exchange, barter, dispose
9of or give away cigarettes or tobacco products to another person unless the retailer
10or his or her employe or agent assists that person in obtaining the cigarettes or
11tobacco products.

AB1076-AA1,1,1312 3. Subdivisions 1. and 2. do not apply to the sale of cigarettes or tobacco
13products from tobacco vending machines.".
