2023 WISCONSIN ACT 32

An Act to amend 92.06 (1) (b) 2. of the statutes; relating to: membership in county land conservation committees.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

32,1 Section 1. 92.06 (1) (b) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

92.06 (1) (b) 2. The county board shall appoint to the land conservation committee a person who is the chairperson of the county farm service agency committee created under 16 USC 590h (b) or other county farm service agency committee member designated by the chairperson of the county farm service agency committee engaged in an agricultural use, as defined under s. 91.01 (2) (a) 1. to 7.
