2023 WISCONSIN ACT 29

An Act to amend 940.02 (2) (intro.) of the statutes; relating to: first-degree reckless homicide and providing a penalty.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

29,1 Section 1. 940.02 (2) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

940.02 (2) (intro.) Whoever causes the death of another human being under any of the following circumstances is guilty of a Class C B felony:
