2015 WISCONSIN ACT 88

An Act to amend 125.07 (3) (a) 14. of the statutes; relating to: modifying an exception to the prohibition against underage persons being present on premises operating under an alcohol beverage license issued to a specified licensee in Chippewa Falls.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

88,1 Section 1. 125.07 (3) (a) 14. of the statutes is amended to read:

125.07 (3) (a) 14. An underage person who enters or remains on licensed premises for which a license is issued to the Wisconsin Renaissance Faire at the Eagle Ridge Festival Grounds in the city of Chippewa Falls.
