2011 WISCONSIN ACT 221

An Act to amend 20.855 (7) (a) of the statutes; and to affect 2011 Wisconsin Act 32, section 9152 (1tc) (e); relating to: the reporting date for the Special Task Force on UW Restructuring and Operational Flexibilities and making an appropriation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

221,1 Section 1. 20.855 (7) (a) of the statutes, as created by 2011 Wisconsin Act 32, is amended to read:

20.855 (7) (a) Expenses. The Biennially, the amounts in the schedule for expenses of the Special Task Force on UW restructuring and operational flexibilities under 2011 Wisconsin Act 32, section 9152 (1tc). No moneys may be encumbered from this appropriation after June 30, 2012 2013.

221,2 Section 2. 2011 Wisconsin Act 32, section 9152 (1tc) (e) is amended to read:

[2011 Wisconsin Act 32] Section 9152 (1tc) (e) By January 1 July 31, 2012, the task force shall submit its report to the appropriate standing committees of the legislature, as determined by the speaker of the assembly and the president of the senate, in the manner provided under section 13.172 (3) of the statutes, and to the joint committee on finance. The task force may determine to postpone the deadline for submitting its report until August 31, 2012.
