2011 WISCONSIN ACT 137

An Act to create 66.1105 (6) (am) 2. e. of the statutes; relating to: extending the expenditure period for a tax incremental district in the village of Denmark.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

137,1 Section 1. 66.1105 (6) (am) 2. e. of the statutes is created to read:

66.1105 (6) (am) 2. e. Expenditures for project costs for Tax Incremental District Number 1 in the village of Denmark. Such expenditures may be made through 2014.
