2007 WISCONSIN ACT 88

An Act to amend 20.435 (5) (fh) and 250.15 (2) (a) of the statutes; relating to: grants to community health centers (suggested as remedial legislation by the Department of Health and Family Services).

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

88,1 Section 1. 20.435 (5) (fh) of the statutes is amended to read:

20.435 (5) (fh) Community health services. The amounts in the schedule for grants under s. 250.15 and 2001 Wisconsin Act 16, section 9123 (14e).

88,2 Section 2. 250.15 (2) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

250.15 (2) (a) From the appropriation under s. 20.435 (5) (fh), the department shall award $50,000 in each fiscal year as a grant to a community health center in a 1st class city and shall award $100,000 as a grant to a nurse-managed community health center in a first class city.
