2007 WISCONSIN ACT 206
An Act to renumber and amend 563.93 (4); and to create 563.93 (4) (b) of the statutes; relating to: the sale of raffle tickets.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
206,1 Section 1. 563.93 (4) of the statutes is renumbered 563.93 (4) (a) and amended to read:
563.93 (4) (a) Tickets Except as provided in par. (b), tickets for a proposed raffle may not be offered for sale more than 270 days before the raffle drawing.
206,2 Section 2. 563.93 (4) (b) of the statutes is created to read:
563.93 (4) (b) An organization that existed at least 5 years before the organization was issued a Class A license may offer tickets for sale for a proposed raffle up to one year before the date of the raffle drawing.
