2003 WISCONSIN ACT 62
An Act to amend 38.15 (3) (c) 3.; and to create 38.04 (10) (d) 1. e. of the statutes; relating to: capital expenditures by technical college district boards for applied technology centers.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
62,1 Section 1. 38.04 (10) (d) 1. e. of the statutes is created to read:
38.04 (10) (d) 1. e. Either within the 12 months prior to submittal of the proposal or within the 12 months following submittal of the proposal, the district board has retired or will retire an amount of debt equal to or greater than the amount of debt that will be incurred for the purchase or construction of the applied technology center.
62,2 Section 2. 38.15 (3) (c) 3. of the statutes is amended to read:
38.15 (3) (c) 3. The capital expenditure is made before July 1, 2003 2006.
62,3 Section 3. Effective date.
(1) This act takes effect retroactively to July 1, 2003.
