1997 WISCONSIN ACT 221

An Act to amend 250.10 of the statutes; relating to: the provision of dental services by the Marquette University School of Dentistry.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

221,1 Section 1 . 250.10 of the statutes, as affected by 1997 Wisconsin Act 27, is amended to read:

250.10 Grant for dental services. From the appropriation under s. 20.435 (5) (de), the department shall provide funding in each fiscal year to the Marquette University School of Dentistry for the provision of dental services by the Marquette University School of Dentistry in Waushara County and Monroe County, in correctional centers in Milwaukee County and in clinics in the city of Milwaukee.

221,2 Section 2 . Effective date.

(1) This act takes effect retroactively to July 1, 1997.
