1995 WISCONSIN ACT 435
An Act to amend 946.13 (2) (a) of the statutes; relating to: private pecuniary interest in public contracts.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
435,1 Section 1 . 946.13 (2) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
946.13 (2) (a) Contracts in which any single public officer or employe is privately interested that do not involve receipts and disbursements by the state or its political subdivision aggregating more than $7,500 $15,000 in any year.
435,2 Section 2 . Initial applicability.
(1)  This act first applies to offenses occurring on the effective date of this subsection.
