1995 WISCONSIN ACT 248
An Act relating to: reimbursement by the public defender board to private attorneys and private investigators and making an appropriation.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
248,1 Section 1 . Appropriation changes.
(1) Private bar and investigator reimbursement. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the public defender board under section 20.550 (1) (d) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is increased by $684,000 for fiscal year 1995-96 and the dollar amount is increased by $1,546,500 for fiscal year 1996-97 to increase funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.
