2005 WISCONSIN ACT 338

An Act to create 84.1034 of the statutes; relating to: designating the bridge on STH 141 in the town of Lena in Oconto County as the Nichole M. Frye Memorial Bridge.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

338,1 Section 1. 84.1034 of the statutes is created to read:

84.1034 Nichole M. Frye Memorial Bridge. The department shall designate and mark the bridge on STH 141 in the town of Lena in Oconto County as the "Nichole M. Frye Memorial Bridge" in honor and recognition of Nichole M. Frye, who sacrificed her life in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
